The Development Guidelines are the primary tool for guiding the design of all homes and landscaping in La Collina dal Lago. The Guidelines also outline the basic requirements considered by the Architectural Control Committee in reviewing and approving all plans. Please review and understand this document.

2018 Operating Budget
The La Collina dal Lago Owners’ Association 2018 Operating Budget is a good faith estimate of the cost of management, maintenance and operation of the common areas and for long term reserves. Under this budget, the monthly assessment against each subdivision interest is $100.06 of which $28.48 is a monthly contribution to long-term reserves and is not to pay for current management, maintenance and operating expenses. The monthly assessment is billed quarterly for a total of $300.18.  It is typical for costs to increase as the project ages.
